The face doesn't appear on my watch

After tapping Install, the Watch app opens an “Add watch face” sheet — tap Add. Make sure your watch is paired, unlocked and within range.

Words don't change when I raise my wrist

Raise uses Apple's Photos face, which advances to the next picture on every wrist raise. If it stays on one picture, open the Watch app → the Raise face → make sure “Photos” shows all your words.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Raise → Cancel.

Restore purchases on a new phone

Open Raise → Settings → Upgrade → Restore. Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
